the vote in the house of representatives is hours away.

make a right off vets highway at the 7-11
1st left brings you in to:
on the right, the north end anchor,
"the grand buffet"
1 price all you can eat. (the locals call it "the pig trough " you should see the size of most of their clientele )
((although sundays between about 1:30 & 6:00 the place is packed with the coming majority dressed in their "sunday" best))
next door? a sushi bar. next door? a grand opening--"ghost chili" a tex -mex theme.
2 doors down? anthony's pizzaria
next door? a subway. next door? new york bagel co.
2 doors down
the amazon cafe (salads wraps and smoothies)
3 doors down.
the giant supermarket where i package meat.
5 doors down.
the thai angel restaurant
2 more doors down
the express grill (americanese or something like that) ((the locals think it is a front for the chinese mafia-there is never anyone in there))
next door. Whew!! we are finally at the south end of this pad.

walk in the front door and on your right
McDONALDS
now i ask you...what are americans obsession with food?
oh. and out on the far side of this huge parking lot
hugging the highway
that's the 350 seat public house
where i am the svengali of the saute
& fat cats come to eat and play.
