an aside

(i've been thinking...}

if one could go back and relive past moments

to walk again in one's shoes

which moments would one choose?

some might be quite specific

for instance the night mickey hit a walk-off against don mcmahon

and beat the sox-just popa and i sitting down the right-field line.

or

less so

fond memories of fishing

(maybe, impossible to pick one particular expedition)
so capsulated into something like fish or cut bait
but shorter

i am not asking for short stories

{call it- "research"}
