it is the symptom of a much bigger disease-

Educational disparity.

here's the bottom line

the government (we the people)

HAVE FAILED IN PROVIDING EDUCATION

to our youth...

the government needs to get out of "child-rearing"

Seriously, now

allow free enterprise in the schooling of our youth...

the commodity exchanges do not keep prices low so poor people can eat

they get stamps

give those stamps to our "kids"

so they can learn...
