i am fascinated by the theatre.

i'll put aside comments made by the candidates

and their response (or lack of) to their talk-show mouthpiece (for now)...

i want to talk aboot socialism.

i ask...

is a public school system socialism?
is unemployment compensation?
is medicare or medicaid?
are crop subsidies or oil subsidies?
or "income tax"

certainly social security is, isn't it?

what aboot pac monies
lobby groups?
civic associations
and teacher and other public and/or private
trade labor unions?


do you hear where this is going...

look in the mirror

is the answer now clearer

{we live in a constitutional republic}

an enduring and evolving statehood that has tried to mix the best attributes of all systems that stood and fell before...
