the deaf mute who has more food on the floor than on the plate
filed a complaint against our charbroiler cook
he grabbed her arm and said "get away from my station"
they sent him home tonight
investigation pending...
later in the evening-i refused to assist her
( i called the manager over-look at her station)
"i will not work in a garbage dump"
if you fire him and retain her
i will seek other employment.
it is reverse discrimination
no one wants to stand up
no matter your "Handicap" all need to be held to a standard and if you can't- then leave.
i am afraid this is not going to turn out well, for the charbroiler cook
but,
