Bryce Harper-the nations #1 draft choice has won the "Golden Spikes Award" as the
nation's top amateur baseball player.
The 17-year old slugger left high school 2 years early and enrolled in junior college
to become draft eligible sooner.
Yet if some kid playing b-ball in the bronx wants to leave early and go pro
the nation screams-"There Outta be a Law"
