As a nation we spend 8x more than the russians on military defense. We are the two most invested nations in this world in the military industrial complex. Eisenhower warned us
as he exited the white house-do not let this happen.
we will spend 24% of gdp in 2010 on our war/defense machine...

we need as a nation to figure out how to return to pre-911 levels.
